The Claim Process established by the Receivership Court’s Order No. 27 in the Landmarc Receivership requires anyone with a claim against Landmarc Capital & Investment Company (“Landmarc”), Hayden Investments, LLC (“Hayden”) Desert Trails Holdings, LLC (“Desert Trails”) or Arizona Valuation Company, LLC (“Arizona Valuation”) or against the Receiver or the assets held by the Receiver, to file a Proof of Claim with the Receiver on a form provided by the Receiver on or before September 24, 2010.

The bar date to file a claim expired September 24, 2010.​
